Travel Specialist

Elastic Elastic · Enterprise · India · Strategic Sourcing

This role is for a Travel Specialist at Elastic, a company that positions itself as 'The Search AI Company'. The primary responsibilities involve managing the corporate travel program, optimizing travel spend, vendor management (airlines, hotels, car rentals), tracking travel patterns and spend data, identifying savings opportunities, negotiating corporate negotiated rates (CNRs), executing RFPs, performing procurement analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves system administration for procurement tools and potentially leading implementation efforts for new tools. While the company is AI-focused, this specific role is in travel management and procurement, not directly building or researching AI/ML models.
