What you'd actually do

  1. Guides Clients through onboarding and setup from start to finish
  2. Be main point of contact for clients during set up
  3. Handle process breaks by investigating root causes and driving solutions
  4. Manage multiple client projects, keeping deliverables and timelines on track
  5. Identify risk early and escalate to Leaders when needed
