Lead a regional sales team focused on delivering treasury and payments solutions to companies in the Innovation Economy (Technology, Disruptive Commerce & Internet verticals). Responsibilities include executing strategy, hiring and developing talent, coaching sales performance, partnering across the firm, managing risk, and ensuring regulatory adherence.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute the regional vision and strategy of Treasury Payments across the Innovation Economy's Technology, Disruptive Commerce & Internet verticals, aligned to market dynamics, client needs, and product capabilities
  2. Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Treasury Management Officers, Associates, and Analysts; build a strong bench and inclusive culture
  3. Coach for outcomes: drive pipeline discipline, consultative selling, and team execution through active performance management and recognition
  4. Partner across the firm with Bankers, Client Service, Product (Core Cash, Card, and Commerce Solutions), and Implementation to deliver seamless end-to-end client journeys
  5. Elevate our client impact by translating treasury and payments capabilities into measurable value (speed, control, insight, and scalability) for Technology, Disruptive Commerce & Internet clients
