What you'd actually do

  1. Provide strategic oversight of key components of the ACH product, including risk, controls, and client experience
  2. Lead risk management and compliance governance, including executive-level reporting and issue remediation
  3. Act as a senior ACH SME, supporting complex client engagements and high-impact issue resolution
  4. Influence and partner with senior stakeholders across sales, operations, risk, compliance, and technology
  5. Lead and prioritize product development roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory objectives

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, treasury management, or payments
  • Demonstrated experience operating at strategic and execution levels simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of electronic payments and treasury services
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience managing risk, controls, or regulatory-driven processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationship, influence partners and adapt messaging for technical and non technical audiences
  • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple lines of business and functions, value diverse perspectives, and contribute to shared outcomes in a matrixed environment
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice to have

  • Deep expertise in ACH and Nacha rules
  • Leadership experience, including team mentorship or informal people leadership
  • Experience managing large-scale, high-volume payment platforms
  • Ability to represent the bank in payment industry groups
