Treasury Sales Associate

This role supports Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) in managing and growing a portfolio of TMT clients, focusing on client acquisition, deepening relationships, and providing customized treasury solutions. Responsibilities include preparing client materials, coordinating with product specialists, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution through internal partnerships. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with TSOs to manage and grow a portfolio of complex, often global TMT client relationships.
  2. Prepare client ready materials: proposals, pitch decks, pricing models, portfolio analyses, and customized cash management recommendations.
  3. Support meeting preparation, delivery, and follow up; participate in select client meetings to gain direct client facing exposure.
  4. Maintain and update pipeline data, revenue tracking, deal documentation, and onboarding workflow.
  5. Coordinate with Product Specialists (Liquidity, Trade, FX, Card, Investment) to design integrated treasury solutions aligned with client objectives.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of two years of treasury management/corporate banking experience or successful completion of a training program
  • Familiarity with treasury management concepts, payments, liquidity, and banking products.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; able to synthesize data and identify trends.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Analyzes issues and develops solutions to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and business partners
  • Demonstrates experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Office
