Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Manager to lead a team of Treasury Sales Client Officers and Officers, manage a portfolio of corporate clients, and drive treasury revenue growth. The role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide treasury solutions. Requires strong leadership, treasury product knowledge, and client focus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Direct management of the US based team, along with global accountability for driving best practice with the TSCOs in Asia, Canada, Europe and LatAm.
  2. Accountable for responsible revenue growth across the team, and own portfolio. Focused on strategic planning, increasing profitability, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal/presentation development/delivery.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Corporate Bankers and colleagues across Trade, Liquidity, Investments, and Foreign Exchange, to develop customized treasury solutions that meet client objectives.
  4. Focus on growth of new and underpenetrated client relationships and expansion of existing relationships.
  5. Maintains a strong client focus, treasury expertise, understanding of evolving tech, innovation, along with a broad understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services.

Skills

Required

  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Minimum 5 years of Treasury Sales experience, ideally within a global Corporate Treasury Sales team
  • Strong GPS/Treasury product knowledge across; Payments/Receivables, Liquidity, FX, Merchant, Card and Trade
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
  • Knowledge of the evolving treasury
