Treasury Sales Officer II - Global Commercial Banking - Middle Market

This role is responsible for leading product experts in client engagements, account management, and closing deals for Global Transaction Services within Bank of America's Middle Market segment. The Treasury Sales Officer will drive revenue growth, product adoption, and customized treasury solutions by partnering with relationship bankers and product specialists, leveraging industry data and best practices. Key responsibilities include client calling, portfolio development, pricing, RFP responses, and leading client-facing presentations, with a focus on liquidity management, payments, FX, and commercial card services.

What you'd actually do

  1. The Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) is responsible for managing and actively pursuing treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned portfolio of Middle Market firms with corporate revenues of $100 million to $2 billion.
  2. Act as the digital ambassador driving mobile, digital and real time payments adoption, manage and lead strategic dialogues around key client centric issues, leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solutioning positioning.
  3. Accountable for revenue/product growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP or RFI responses, call preparations, and leading client-facing treasury presentations.
  4. Drives and is accountable for revenue growth, profitability, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal and presentation development and delivery.
  5. Partners with bankers and product specialists across the enterprise to develop customized treasury solutions by identifying solutions based on client-focused cost and benefit analysis and bank-focused profitability analysis
