This role manages fiduciary and investment accounts for high-net-worth clients, focusing on administration, business development, wealth planning, and risk management within a regulated financial environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provides fiduciary administration support including the review of trust instruments, participating in matters where the trustee is exercising discretion, managing risk, and conducting periodic trust reviews
  2. Supports investment management accounts including the coordination of opening and closing accounts, money movement, and account maintenance
  3. Works with Market leaders and engages clients and prospects to plan, build, and transfer wealth tailored to their unique goals, while delivering a high-quality experience
  4. Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to client accounts and portfolios
  5. Identifies and develops new business opportunities by pursuing new or expanded relationships with existing clients and prospects
