This role is an IT Service Owner for manufacturing and supply chain innovation within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech business units. It focuses on end-to-end infrastructure, reliability, and continuous improvement of IT services, ensuring secure, compliant, and resilient operations for lab computing, instrument workstations, and IT/OT capabilities. The role involves managing employees and contractors, supporting existing manufacturing systems, managing IT risk, ensuring SLA compliance, and collaborating with business and product line teams. Experience in GxP systems, FDA-regulated environments, and supply chain/manufacturing IT is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Accountable for all aspects of delivery of Technology Services to the site, including, IT uptime, reliability, and service delivery for MLL site.
  2. Communicates back to the Business Technology Leads and Product Line teams, on status on the delivery of features, functionality, and applications.
  3. Support and delivery for existing manufacturing systems to ensure sites operate to business needs and issues are resolved as they arise.
  4. Handle partner concerns where needed for new demand or delays to committed dates on service requests.
  5. Provide input to Product Line Owners for future requirements, especially key business capabilities, and the associated value to the Product Line – as an input to craft the product strategy.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years’ experience supporting Supply Chain/Manufacturing
  • Experience in GxP systems, Computer System Validation and consistent record in the support of FDA regulated systems and business
  • Strong problem solving, and data driven decision making skills
  • Track record in optimizing processes and delivering upon cost reduction challenges
  • Good communication skills including at the executive level
  • People management experience
