  2. Build Support für Prototypen, Vorserien und Serienaufbauten
  3. Analyse und Lösung von buildrelevanten Problemen
  4. Mitarbeit bei der Ursachenanalyse (Root Cause Analysis) von Qualitäts-, Montage- oder Funktionsproblemen
  5. Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Unterlagen (z. B. Stücklisten, Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen, Build Notes)

Skills

Required

  • Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable degree/technical training
  • Experience in series production or series support (e.g., CI, CR, product maintenance, build support)
  • Good knowledge of mechatronic systems (mechanical / electrical / electronic)
  • Experience collaborating with manufacturing and interdisciplinary teams
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach and hands-on mentality
  • Proficient in technical documentation and IT systems
  • Good German and English language skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with cost reduction projects (CR) in series production
  • Knowledge of change management
  • Experience in the plant or prototype construction
  • Basic knowledge of common quality and problem-solving methods (e.g., 5-Why, FMEA)
