Netflix is seeking a UI Engineer to build, test, deploy, and launch UIs for internal enterprise products that optimize and automate the content creation process. The role involves working cross-functionally, evaluating new technologies, participating in on-call rotations, and applying engineering best practices. The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience, adept at building enterprise applications with modern web technologies, and has a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work cross-functionally to build, test, deploy, and launch UIs that operationalize our workflows at scale.
  2. Participate in product reviews and team meetings, providing technical insight. Help scope, estimate, and prioritize between conflicting needs.
  3. Evaluate new technologies and approaches to streamline and improve our rapid application development tooling and conventions.
  4. Regularly learn and influence new systems and tools as the Netflix platform and ecosystem evolve.
  5. Participate in our on-call rotation and lead the incident reviews.
