UK Change Management Lead - 12 Month Contract

This role is for a UK Change Management Lead responsible for ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Technology Change Management Process, overseeing its delivery, and managing third-party changes. The lead will manage a team, uphold quality gates, and drive continual improvements in change management processes, particularly for key third parties. Experience with AWS cloud principles and Agile Project Management is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be a leader of people. Having a highly motivated and engaged team of Change SMEs will be fundamental to success in this role
  2. Onboarding of a third party change function, including the transition of people and process into a unified Change Management team, beginning with a dee
  3. Set a vision for third-party change excellence, articulating a clear strategy and roadmap for execution for evolving our existing processes with key third parties to continually meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  4. Ownership and oversight of the Change Management process for the UK LOB
  5. Leadership a small team of third party change analysts, leading by example with a service first approach

Skills

Required

  • proven ability of leading cross functional teams to results
  • strong influencing and communication skills
  • building relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong Service/Change Management track record in a Tech Service environment
  • comfortable working through ambiguity and complexity
  • understanding of Technical Application infrastructure and applications, including the principals of the AWS cloud
  • skill in context switching, and the application of stakeholder knowledge to problem solving
  • understanding and experience of implementing into a live IT infrastructure environment
  • Experience of Agile Project Management methodology
  • ITIL Foundation V4 or V5 level accreditation infrastructure or equivalent
