Uki Reseller Lead

Salesforce is seeking a UKI Reseller Lead to own and evolve their Resell motion across the UK & Ireland. This strategic individual contributor role involves leading a pilot program, generating pipeline, closing business with partners and internal sales teams, and defining a scalable strategy for the future of the Resell channel. The role requires strong execution, partner engagement, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own delivery of the Resell pilot, including partner activation, GTM segmentation, opportunity engagement, and revenue tracking.
  2. Build strong working relationships with selected Resell partners, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution, supporting enablement and recruitment where required, and delivering required governance (QBRs, Business Plans etc)
  3. Create and develop a pipeline through partner collaboration, marketing plans and targeted opportunity engagement.
  4. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting across all Resell opportunities.
  5. Work directly with and coach Resell partners and internal sales teams on active deals to drive progression and close.
