This role is a Lead position in Apple Retail, focusing on supporting store leadership, facilitating customer and team member experiences, and driving operational excellence. It involves mentoring, customer engagement, sales, and managing store operations. The role is not directly involved in AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. You inform and energize our teams to do their best work and contribute to operational excellence.
  2. You actively connect with team members, making sure everyone is equipped with the support, tools, and resources they need to deliver exceptional customer interactions.
  3. Lead, act as a role model, mentor, and encourage customer engagement.
  4. Organize people and the sales floor workflow, including managing relevant communication to team members and leadership to optimize the customer experience.
  5. Make sure that sales strategy is effectively communicated to the team in a timely manner and executed in partnership with the leadership team.
