This is a retail management position at Apple, focused on leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive business goals, and foster an inclusive environment. It involves coaching, recruiting, training, and operational strategy within a retail store setting. There is no direct involvement with AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  2. Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  3. Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and making sure that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
  4. Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and key business or People partners when appropriate.
  5. Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.

Skills

Required
