This is a retail management role focused on leading a team, driving store performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences within an Apple Store. The role involves coaching, developing, and retaining a diverse team, managing operational strategies, and upholding company policies. It is not directly involved in AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  2. Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  3. Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and making sure that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
  4. Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.
  5. Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.
