This is a retail management role focused on leading a team, driving store performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. It involves coaching, recruiting, training, and ensuring operational strategies are executed to meet business priorities. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  2. Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  3. Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and making sure that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
  4. Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and key business or People partners when appropriate.
  5. Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.
