This is a retail management role at Apple, focused on leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive store performance, and uphold company policies. It involves coaching, recruiting, training, and managing daily operations within a retail environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  2. Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  3. Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and making sure that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
  4. Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.
  5. Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.

Skills

Required

  • Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Availability to work a schedule based on business needs (nights, weekends, holidays).
