What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute a medical education strategy supporting RSV Adult vaccination in the US
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of medical education and engagement plan across various channels with medical priorities
  3. Provide vaccine medical expertise and support on behalf of the US Medical Affairs team to cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment of internal communications and training around new and key scientific data on RSV
  4. Partner cross-functionally within medical to ensure aligned KOLs activities to gather feedback and input into strategy development and execution
  5. Provide medical review for medical education grants

Skills

Required

  • MD with 4+ years experience in vaccines/infectious diseases/public health/epidemiology
  • Ability to review, evaluate, interpret, and clearly present complex data
  • Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration
  • Project/program management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with medical education strategy development and delivery
  • Experience developing and executing key medical activities such as congress strategies and expert advisory boards

Nice to have

  • Board certification in infectious diseases
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Previous work experience on RSV disease
