This role leads the rollout of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience. It coordinates onboarding efforts, facilitates orientation sessions, and oversees compliance with onboarding protocols. The role also reinforces training, maintains expertise in club operations, provides guidance, and fosters a collaborative environment. It champions change initiatives, acts as a connector, supports efforts to lower turnover and promote career growth, and ensures club operations align with strategic goals and values. The role also monitors compliance with safety standards and operational protocols, promotes consistency, and develops/implements processes by collaborating with various stakeholders. What you'd actually do

  1. Leads the rollout of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience.
  2. Coordinates onboarding efforts to ensure new associates adapt to club operations, culture, and expectations within their first 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.
  3. Facilitates orientation sessions aligned with Sam’s Club values and operational goals.
  4. Oversees the completion of I-9 documentation and ensures compliance with onboarding protocols.
  5. Reinforces training through daily routines and promotes continuous learning and operational consistency.
