What you'll do...
What you'll do:
- Lead the development and deployment of advanced data science solutions, leveraging machine learning and automation to address complex business challenges.
- Translate business requirements into data strategies and analytical models that drive measurable impact and align with organizational goals.
- Oversee code development, testing, and validation to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable data products.
- Guide data source identification, quality assessment, and integration to support accurate and actionable insights.
- Mentor and develop data science teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate findings and influence data-driven decision-making.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytical modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, and Java, with strong coding and testing capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy scalable models, ensuring ongoing model validation and lifecycle management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Expertise in data strategy, data quality assessment, and identifying appropriate data sources for business needs.
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve business outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
