Skills

Required

  • 12+ years of product management experience
  • significant experience leading high-performing product teams in marketplaces, fintech, payments, identity, fraud, risk, or trust & safety.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading teams of Product Managers, coaching talent, and developing product leaders.
  • Deep understanding of seller risk, fraud prevention, identity verification, trust & safety, compliance,
  • Experience building AI/ML-powered products and partnering closely with Engineering and Data Science to deliver intelligent, automated decisioning systems
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data, and experimentation
  • Track record of influencing executive stakeholders and aligning cross-functional organizations
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area
  • 10 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
