What you'd actually do

  1. Lead technical strategy and architecture across the AAA Platform, aligning solutions to business priorities and MVP goals.
  2. Drive cross-domain alignment within People Tech and across Enterprise Technology (Me@, Data Platform, Security, Infrastructure) to ensure scalable, interoperable platforms.
  3. Design secure, reliable, and extensible architectures meeting functional and nonfunctional requirements.
  4. Ensure high-quality engineering through strong coding standards, testing strategy, CI/CD excellence, and observability.
  5. Mentor leaders and engineers, foster innovation, and drive adoption of modern engineering and AI best practices.
