Manager of Advanced Analytics responsible for incubating and scaling new business capabilities from concept to implementation. This role involves partnering with business, product, and engineering teams to build end-to-end solutions, including data models, algorithms, and prototypes, with a focus on measurable business outcomes and scalable analytics products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Directors and senior leaders to understand business goals, functional priorities, and emerging challenges.
  2. Own end‑to‑end work streams and individual projects across business areas, categories, prototypes, or new business initiatives.
  3. Build data models, algorithms, and analytical approaches that drive measurable business outcomes.
  4. Lead development of prototypes and production‑ready algorithmic and analytical solutions.
  5. Collaborate with functional leaders and cross‑functional partners (e.g., Product, Engineering, Categories, Merchandising, Customer Experience).
