Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics‑driven roles
  • 3+ years of experience in Retail, Digital, or eCommerce Analytics
  • 2+ years of experience influencing cross‑functional partners across Product, Finance, Operations, or Engineering
  • Strong ownership mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to have

  • PhD in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field
  • 9+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or optimization modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, Spark, Scala, or R
  • Extensive experience with open‑source ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit‑Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Experience developing and deploying scalable marketing measurement solutions, including marketing mix modeling and multi‑touch attribution
  • Deep knowledge of supervised and unsupervised modeling techniques, causal inference, and experimentation methodologies
