The Principal, Software Engineer leads the design and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, driving technical execution across multiple teams. What you'll do...
- Lead platform engineering efforts to deliver scalable, cloud-native infrastructure and reusable tooling supporting AI/ML frameworks.
- Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing.
- Architect intelligent software systems integrating AI agents and advanced model-driven design techniques.
- Provide strategic technical leadership, mentorship, and promote engineering best practices across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and measurable success metrics.
- Maintain architectural documentation and ensure alignment with long-term platform strategies.
- Foster continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge sharing, and adoption of emerging technologies.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures and reusable tooling.
- Proven ability to drive full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
- Expertise in designing distributed systems optimized for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration.
- Strong technical judgment with a focus on long-term architectural decisions and system reliability.
- Demonstrated skills in mentoring engineers and influencing cross-team architectural standards.
- Proficiency in applying model-driven design and leveraging AI agents to enhance development velocity.
- Effective collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
