  • Experience leveraging data-driven decision making and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Skilled in workforce planning, competitive intelligence, and talent pipelining to address evolving business needs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to influence and advise business leaders effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and analytics to enhance recruiting strategies and candidate experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area and 3 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or other area.
  • 5 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or other area.
