Senior Product Manager for Seller Onboarding Risk at Walmart, owning products that determine who can sell on the marketplace. The role focuses on building intelligent, AI-powered onboarding and risk capabilities to enable fast seller activation while protecting customers and the marketplace from fraud and abuse. This involves partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and Compliance to solve complex problems at scale and shape the future of trust.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the product strategy and roadmap for Seller Onboarding Risk.
  2. Build AI-powered onboarding experiences that balance trust, compliance, and seller growth.
  3. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions.
  4. Drive improvements in seller activation, onboarding conversion, fraud detection, and automated decisioning.
  5. Define product requirements, success metrics, and experimentation strategies using data and customer insights.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience building digital products at scale.
  • Experience in marketplace, fintech, fraud, identity, risk, trust & safety, or compliance products.
  • Proven ability to own products from strategy through execution and launch.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, and Design in an agile environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
  • Experience building AI/ML-powered products or leveraging machine learning to improve customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices
