About the team: The Global Governance Tech team delivers innovative Ethics and Compliance solutions supporting multiple supply chain initiatives. This agile, cloud-native group prioritizes continuous learning and collaboration to create tailored experiences across in-store, mobile, and web platforms. Members engage in problem-solving, code development, and quality assurance to drive impactful results that enhance both customer and business outcomes. What you'll do:
- Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage GenAI tools to improve development velocity.
- Assist in solution design, conduct code reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
- Monitor application performance and maintain high-quality software through proactive testing and continuous integration.
- Mentor peers, promote best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in object-oriented programming ensure maintainable and modular software.
- Strong experience delivering scoped features through collaborative engineering teams, including implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration and generative AI tools to enhance software intelligence and development efficiency.
- Ability to translate high-level designs into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
