Staff Data Scientist role focused on building production-grade intelligent systems using agentic coding tools and frameworks. The role involves designing, prototyping, implementing, testing, evaluating, deploying, and improving software solutions that solve complex business and technical problems. Key responsibilities include developing agent evaluation frameworks, multi-agent workflows, and ensuring operational excellence with observability and traceability in AI-driven systems. The team operates at the intersection of software engineering, data, AI systems, and rapid experimentation, emphasizing iteration speed and practical impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with business, product and engineering teams to deeply understand the problem.
  2. Rapid prototype, design, implement, test, evaluate, deploy and improve software solutions that solves complex business and technical problems.
  3. Use agentic coding tools, frameworks and techniques such as MCP, A2A, ADK, and frameworks to accelerate how solutions are developed, tested, and iterated.
  4. Develop agent evaluation frameworks (offline + online) to measure quality, reliability, and system behavior.
  5. Improve outcomes through feedback-driven workflows using real-world signals
