What you'd actually do

  1. Supervise the Technology Support Team within VIZIO to meet SLA’s, procedures, and processes to drive effective availability for the Help Desk.
  2. Collaborate with embedded software and services development teams to ensure successful operations & project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  3. Oversee and manage services operations, ensuring efficient processes and practices are in place.
  4. Lead various project management efforts, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT projects, ensuring they are completed within the specified time frame and budget.
  5. Facilitate issue resolution for elevated support by coordinating efforts across teams, ensuring timely responses to escalated concerns.
