Commercial support representative for Caterpillar's Marine Aftermarket division, focusing on driving dealer success and customer satisfaction in the Middle East and Africa. The role involves identifying growth opportunities for used parts and engines, supporting sales strategies, increasing dealer sales through eCommerce, and providing feedback to internal teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be responsible for the following dealer territories: Middle East and Africa
  2. Work dealers to identify, prioritize, and execute actions to achieve our yearly MaK used parts and engines aftermarket growth targets.
  3. Regularly meet with customers on aftermarket needs and discuss MaK used parts and engines options, aftermarket solutions, and services
  4. Work with internal sales support teams to identify and drive regional actions to support MaK used parts end engines growth.
  5. Increase dealer sales of parts and services through eCommerce to reach long-tail customers
