User Experience Designer, Agentic Software Development Life Cycle (english)

This role is for a User Experience Designer focused on Agentic Software Development Life Cycle. The designer will transform complex tasks into intuitive user experiences, working with UX teams, Engineering, and Product Management. Responsibilities include participating in design critiques, learning new tools and AI literacy, and escalating barriers. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, experience with design tools, and a portfolio. Preferred qualifications include experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic AI systems, dynamic interfaces, and Generative AI tools.

  1. Participate in design critiques. Be comfortable presenting your work, clearly articulating the design rationale, and open to receiving and acting upon feedback from executive team members.
  2. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and domain knowledge. Seek to upskill AI literacy and stay current with emerging multimodal interaction patterns.
  3. Escalate barriers, technical roadblocks, or ambiguous AI-feature requirements to the manager or executive stakeholders when appropriate, ensuring you don't stay blocked for long.
  4. Contribute to a positive team culture and demonstrate respect for various perspectives in all cross-functional and team interactions.

Skills

Required

  • Industry standard design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVisio, Figma, Principle, etc.)
  • Portfolio highlighting design principles for web or mobile platforms
  • Communicate in English fluently

Nice to have

  • Experience leading design projects
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or agentic AI systems
  • Familiarity with the concepts of dynamic, on-demand, or AI-generated interfaces, and an understanding of how to design components that adapt to agent outputs
  • Knowledge of Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) into the daily workflow for tasks such as ideation, drafting placeholder copy, synthesizing research, or generating assets
  • Understanding of the basic capabilities, limitations, and probabilistic nature of Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic systems
  • Ability to articulate design rationale and advocate for user needs to a cross-functional audience
