Boeing is seeking an experienced USM Supply Program Management- Airframe Repair Specialist to join their team in Dallas, TX. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of components critical to repair operations. Responsibilities include overseeing procurement, inventory management, distribution of airframe repair parts, monitoring stock levels, identifying parts based on repair requirements, maintaining inventory records, conducting audits, developing relationships with MROs, evaluating MRO performance, managing logistics, documenting activities, preparing reports, and identifying process improvements. The role requires 5+ years of related work experience, 2+ years in Program Management, experience analyzing data, developing relationships, defining problems, and using Microsoft Office.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee procurement, inventory management, and distribution of airframe repair parts and materials.
  2. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of components.
  3. Monitor stock levels of As Removed materials and analyze market demand to facilitate timely repair part dispatch.
  4. Assist in identifying appropriate parts and materials based on repair requirements and engineering specifications.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of airframe repair parts inventory.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of total related work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Program Management
  • Experience analyzing and effectively summarizing vast amounts of data across all facets of the business, to create actionable plans and make recommendations to the functions and leadership
  • Experience Developing/Maintaining strong relationships internally and with external customers
  • Ability to define problems, develop metrics, and work with financial concepts to make effective wise decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • U.S. export control compliance requirements

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field of study
  • 4+ years of experience within supply chain strategies (e.g., inventory reduction, supplier consolidation, optimum flow, lead-time reduction).
  • 5+ years of experience preferred in data science or analytics
  • Related knowledge of aerospace fasteners and related market dynamics
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents
