Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide solutions.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups or high fidelity prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
- Drive multiple projects simultaneously and semi-independently with high volume output.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience with project management, cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders.
- A portfolio link showcasing exceptional craft and experience designing and leading mobile and tablet product software or services.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
- 1 year of experience leading design projects.
- Experience with navigating ambiguity to ship features, and work cross-functionally.
