UX Designer focused on growth and monetization for subscription products at an AI company. The role involves designing and optimizing the end-to-end user journey for subscriptions, from discovery and checkout to retention and churn prevention, working closely with cross-functional teams and using data-driven experimentation to achieve measurable business outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end Growth UX for subscription products and monetization features across web, mobile, and cross-platform surfaces
  2. Conduct targeted user research (funnel analysis, usability testing, interviews, surveys, A/B test deep-dives, contextual inquiry) focused on subscription decision points and translate insights into high-impact design decisions
  3. Create subscription-specific deliverables: user personas, journey maps, service blueprints, growth funnels, task flows, pricing & billing architecture
  4. Design and prototype high-conversion flows: discovery/pricing pages, checkout, account & billing management, upgrade paths, retention sequences, win-back experiences
  5. Collaborate daily with growth, product, and engineering teams to define requirements, technical constraints, experiment roadmaps, and prioritization
