What you'd actually do

  1. Own the design delivery pipeline from concept through launch - ensuring the team ships high-quality advertising experiences across Amazon Devices
  2. Establish a culture of urgency and accountability; remove blockers, streamline decision-making, and drive rapid iteration cycles to get experiences into market fast
  3. Partner with Engineering and Product to compress timelines, identify MVP scopes, and make smart trade-offs that balance speed with craft
  4. Measure and communicate the impact of shipped experiences - engagement rates, ad interaction metrics, advertiser adoption, and customer sentiment - and use those signals to inform what to build next
  5. Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with publisher teams across Amazon Devices — Fire TV, Fire Tablet, Alexa, Echo Show, and emerging device surfaces
