What you'd actually do

  1. Own the design delivery pipeline from concept through launch - ensuring the team ships high-quality advertising experiences on time and at the speed our customers and advertisers demand
  2. Establish a culture of urgency and accountability; remove blockers, streamline decision-making, and drive rapid iteration cycles to get experiences into market fast
  3. Partner with Engineering and Product to compress timelines, identify MVP scopes, and make smart trade-offs that balance speed with craft
  4. Measure and communicate the impact of shipped experiences - CTR lifts, engagement gains, advertiser adoption - and use those signals to inform what to build next
  5. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX Designers, fostering a culture of craft excellence, experimentation, and customer obsession
