This role is for a Product Designer focused on Enterprise Merchandising Tools within Target's Global UX team. The designer will shape intuitive and efficient tools for product lifecycle management, collaborating with senior designers and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include participating in the full design process, creating design deliverables, and leveraging user insights and data to inform design decisions. The role requires foundational UX and product design skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in design tools like Figma.

What you'd actually do

  1. Participate in the full design process, from early discovery and strategic approach to ideation, design, testing asset delivery and production with engineers
  2. Take direction from and collaborate with senior designers
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional working teams to deliver impactful business outcomes
  4. Leverage insights, data and research to identify and pursue user-centric outcomes within your product space
  5. Create design deliverables representative of the design process phase – such as journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UI design and prototypes
