Vaccine Customer Specialist

This role is for a Vaccine Customer Specialist in Poland, responsible for promoting the company's vaccine portfolio to healthcare professionals, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales objectives. It requires experience in the pharmaceutical Rx business, strong communication and presentation skills, and PC literacy.

What you'd actually do

  1. Planning activities within the allocated territory based on marketing strategy and in close cooperation with the supervisor; creating and implement robust Territory Action Plan in order to achieve sales objectives, in strict compliance with our procedures and ethical standards
  2. Managing professional interactions with targeted customers that are meaningful, up to date, scientifically valuable and relevant to each individual customer (customized/tailored), based upon understanding of the customers’ needs.
  3. Providing product information to customers in line with marketing strategy and using recommended promotional messages to adequately support sales calls; these will include various communication channels management (Omnichannel)
  4. Timely handling of the administrative tasks such as capturing call activities and post-meeting notes in the CRM system, expense reports, adverse event reports, etc
