This role is for a Vaccines Health & Science Professional (HSP) at Pfizer, responsible for promoting a Vaccines Portfolio to customers and channels. The position involves launching new products, managing business relationships, securing formulary access, and engaging in product promotion within an assigned geography. It requires strong sales, strategic business development, account management skills, and customer engagement expertise in both virtual and in-person settings. The role also involves driving sales, developing territory call plans, building customer relationships, leveraging internal reports for strategic opportunities, and collaborating compliantly with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, customer service, account management, or healthcare/scientific roles are required. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and knowledge of the Vaccines therapeutic area are preferred. The role is primarily focused on sales and promotion within the healthcare domain, not AI development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive sales in assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives
  2. Engages with customers both face to face and virtually
  3. Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans; effectively identifies and implements live/virtual engagement strategies with customer to maximize overall effectiveness and impact
  4. Effectively builds rapport and relationships with customers in both live and virtual environments; uses judgment to maintain customer engagement by successfully utilizing existing and ever-changing digital tools effectively for successful customer engagement
  5. Understands and leverages internal reports and analytics to assist with identifying, developing, and implementing strategic business opportunities

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Professional Sales or Promotional Activity, Small Business Owner or other Entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service and/or Account Management, Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles, Educator, or Full time Military experience
  • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
  • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards

Nice to have

  • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical related marketing
  • Strong track record of sales or marketing success
  • Strong territory management skills
  • Outstanding communications skills
