What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate closely with go-to-market teams to lead in-depth discovery sessions, thoroughly understanding customer objectives, challenges, and identifying opportunities for value creation.
  2. Partner with account teams and customer stakeholders to frame and solve complex business challenges using data-driven insights, enhancing customer ROI throughout their journey with Gong.
  3. Develop detailed, quantitative business cases and ROI models clearly demonstrating Gong’s measurable impact on customer outcomes.
  4. Analyze customer data to derive actionable insights, translating complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Develop, refine, and maintain value engineering tools, frameworks, templates, and best practices, including sophisticated ROI and economic modeling.
