This role is a Sales Extension & Revenue Growth Specialist at PayPal, focusing on Value-Added Services (VAS) and Payouts. The specialist will partner with account managers to identify and close opportunities, drive adoption of risk and fraud protection services, lead payout strategy discussions, and serve as a product expert. The role requires deep understanding of PayPal's VAS portfolio and Hyperwallet capabilities, translating technical features into business value, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. The primary focus is on revenue growth and merchant advisory within assigned verticals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Account Managers to identify, develop, and close VAS and Payouts opportunities within assigned verticals.
  2. Drive adoption of Risk as a Service (RAS), including fraud protection, chargeback management, dispute solutions, and optimized routing.
  3. Lead Payouts strategy discussions, with emphasis on Hyperwallet for complex disbursement use cases (e.g., education, gig economy, marketplaces).
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for VAS and Payouts product inquiries, proactively addressing merchant needs to shorten sales cycles and reduce integration friction.
  5. Position VAS as a strategic differentiator in Braintree/PPCP deals, demonstrating incremental value beyond core processing.
