This role focuses on managing and executing a portfolio-wide Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance framework and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) governance for critical service providers. The Vendor Performance Manager will develop, validate, and publish performance scorecards, monitor KPIs, conduct root cause analysis, and support corrective actions to ensure service reliability and performance consistency, particularly within data center operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, operational judgment, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and maintain KPI taxonomy, definitions, threshold logic, and governance standards across all vendors and campuses.
  2. Develop, validate, and publish monthly performance scorecards, including clear narratives, trend analysis, and risk identification.
  3. Monitor KPI performance and proactively detect deviations, triggering threshold-based escalations where required.
  4. Support and coordinate Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes, ensuring structured tracking, quality of actions, and timely closure.
  5. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on performance issues and partner with stakeholders to translate findings into actionable improvements.
