This role is a field team lead for Petco's Vetco clinics, responsible for providing functional direction to staff, escalating customer/partner issues, driving company vehicles to clinics, and ensuring operational compliance. It involves customer interaction, managing difficult situations, ensuring paperwork accuracy, and facilitating a sales environment. The role requires leadership qualities, customer service skills, and an interest in animals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide functional direction and supervision to field team.
  2. Ability to effectively perform functions of all clinic team roles and provide coaching and functional direction to individuals in these roles where necessary. May be responsible for filling one or more of these roles at a time.
  3. Safely operate company supplied vehicle to and from clinic locations and office, when assigned as driver .
  4. Effectively communicate with customers and business partners to manage difficult customer situations, including pet incidents (bites, reactions and emergency situations).
  5. Ensure all clinic processes are followed and necessary clinic paperwork is filled out accurately and completely.
