The Vice President, Chief of Staff to the SSO Business Leader serves as a trusted advisor, strategic integrator, and execution leader. This role partners directly with the SSO Business Leader and leadership team to translate strategy into action, ensure operational rigor, and enable strong enterprise alignment and outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the Executive Vice President, Security Solutions in execution of priorities and implementation of operational objectives and drive coordination across the Services businesses.
  2. Drive execution of the SSO leader’s priorities, ensuring coordinated delivery across teams, workstreams, and enterprise partners
  3. Establish and lead core operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and KPI/OKR tracking
  4. Monitor progress against commitments; proactively surface risks, dependencies, and trade offs, and drive resolution
  5. Own briefing, preparation, and follow through for the SSO leaders, requiring close engagement across SSO and the broader enterprise
