Vice President of Clinical Development for Dermatology and Respiratory within the Immunology portfolio at Johnson & Johnson. This role is accountable for the design, execution, and reporting of late-stage Phase II and III clinical development programs, contributing to TA strategy, and overseeing global regulatory submissions. Requires an MD or MD/PhD with extensive experience in pharmaceutical drug development and leadership of late-stage programs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Accountable for overall strategy and execution of all late-stage Phase II and III Dermatology and Respiratory clinical development programs through product licensing.
  2. Contribute to Immunology Therapeutic Area (TA) strategy and governance bodies and lead program reviews within the J&J R&D governance structure.
  3. Define late-stage development approaches supporting Business Development and licensing activities.
  4. Oversee the design, implementation, analysis, and reporting of global late-phase clinical trials.
  5. Ensure delivery of innovative, fit-for-purpose development strategies addressing unmet need in skin and airway disease.

Skills

Required

  • M.D. or M.D./Ph.D.
  • 12–15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech drug development
