Salesforce is seeking a Vice President/GM of Professional Services for LATAM to lead teams that design, develop, and deliver Professional Services offerings for their AI CRM platform. This role involves crafting strategies, managing an operating unit portfolio, driving adoption, improving customer value, and collaborating with sales, product, and distribution teams to ensure end-to-end customer success in the agentic era. The position requires strong leadership in strategic thinking, talent management, innovation, customer focus, and adaptability.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide industry and account-focused thought leadership and vision for the next generation of Professional Services, leveraging the unique opportunities of our lead position in the market and the Agentic Enterprise.
  2. Attract top talent, and coach and develop a strong team consistent with our culture.
  3. Develop an approach to generate unique insights about our customers’ unique needs as well as industry trends & sales plays (user groups, advisory councils, etc.)
  4. Strong collaboration internally with stakeholders in CSG, Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams to operationalize the delivery of Services regionally.
  5. Proven ability to influence across organizations without direct hierarchical ownership of teams.
