Vice President Investor Relations to lead the company’s communications with the investment community and strengthen its position in the capital markets. This role will partner closely with the executive team and serve as a trusted voice in articulating the company’s strategy, financial performance, and long-term vision.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the company’s engagement with the investment community and develop a comprehensive strategy to effectively communicate the organization’s financial performance, strategic priorities, and long-term vision.
  2. Oversee the preparation and execution of earnings calls, investor presentations, annual reports, and other disclosures, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to provide market insights, analyze investor sentiment, and shape external messaging that enhances shareholder confidence.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, serving as a trusted representative of the company in the global capital markets.

  • Investor Relations experience in a public company or pre-IPO environment

  • Strong background partnering with C-suite executives, Board members, and cross-functional leaders
