This role is a Vice President level position in JPMorgan Private Bank's Digital Product Delivery team, focused on global website optimization and governance. The manager will use data-driven insights to enhance client engagement, support new client acquisition, and ensure compliant web experiences. Key responsibilities include A/B testing, partnering with UX/design, monitoring web analytics, driving adoption of new digital channels, owning website health, evaluating AI opportunities for process improvement, and implementing emerging regulations like the European Accessibility Act.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver enhancements to Global Private Bank websites, with a focus on website optimisation, A/B testing and continuous improvement.
  2. Partner with UX and design teams to support UX research, journey reviews and design quality to improve client experience.
  3. Use web analytics and other quantitative and qualitative tools to monitor performance and convert insights into prioritised recommendations with measurable outcomes.
  4. Present findings clearly and credibly, influencing senior stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations.
  5. Drive the delivery and adoption of new digital channels (e.g. WhatsApp) across EMEA, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and user engagement.
